Plein Air painting from The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on January 7, 2009. On that same day, The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Texas Longhorns 37-21 for the 2009 BCS National Championship.

Thanks! We actually got to the BCS game around 6am for my brother to stand in line for his tickets. Seating was assigned first come, first served. So Dad and I took a nap in the car, then I got up, did this painting, then put on my '31 Rose Bowl uniform and started tailgating. The best part is that Rose Bowl parking is no problem at 6am.
